Start of school has indicated to me that I have become a much more pro-active person. I've become the historian for two clubs simply by walking into the actual meetings and have had enough ideas to fill a small rain barrel for another. I'm also happy to announce that my cello practice is going swimmingly, despite an upstream battle.

The one really big downer for me is that there really isn't much wildlife to photograph here in these parts of northern, barren, urbanized Texas. At least...not any I could get to without a very large lens. Back to drawing on myself then.

And yet, I find myself remarkably bored a lot of the time.
